Founder’s Associate Summer Internship

Job Description: 

  • Work closely with the founders to support strategic initiatives and manage daily operations 
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality 
  • Prepare and deliver impactful decks for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Manage internal processes within Holded, handling internal documentation, assisting with recruitment efforts, and organizing events 
  • Take ownership of high-responsibility tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization 
  • Flexible schedule, part-time or full-time for two/three months 

Candidate profile: 

  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines 
  • Strong project management skills and a detail-oriented approach to work 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • A proactive mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and initiative 
  • Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high levels of responsibility with professionalism and reliability 

Requirements: 

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or digital marketing are a plus 
  • Experience across diverse functions such as business development, operations, project management, or client relationship management, with a proven track record of handling high-priority deliverables and driving critical initiatives, ideally within startups or dynamic tech ecosystems is highly valued 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Word, SharePoint, WordPress, Holded and Excel
