Job Description:
- Work closely with the founders to support strategic initiatives and manage daily operations
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and deliver impactful decks for internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact, facilitating effective communication across teams and with external partners
- Take ownership of high-responsibility tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization
- Flexible schedule, averaging approximately 10 hours per week

Requirements:
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or digital marketing are a plus
- Preferably experience across diverse functions such as business development, operations, project management, or client relationship management, with a proven track record of handling high-priority deliverables and driving critical initiatives, ideally within startups or dynamic tech ecosystems
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Word, SharePoint, WordPress, Holded and Excel
