Job Description:
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to the audience across various media platforms
- Ensure consistency in brand image, maintaining voice and messaging across all communication channels
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
- Analyse campaigns and new trends to optimize the marketing strategy
- Reporting the marketing efforts and the performance of different initiatives
- Flexible schedule, averaging approximately 10 hours per week
Candidate profile:
- Strong interest in brand marketing, social media management, and storytelling
- A creative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
- A strong orientation to detail, creativity, curiosity, strategic thinking and organization skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and tracking emerging social media trends
Requirements:
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management are a plus
- Preferably experience in marketing, content strategy, or client engagement, ideally within startups, tech ecosystems, or innovative companies
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Word, SharePoint, WordPress and CapCut
