Q1: I have applied but haven’t received any email yet

Q2: Do I have any chance if I have 0/little experience or am a freshman?

Absolutely. Every successful organization is full of people who spend time nurturing new talent and Two.Zero is no different! Two.Zero has a long standing tradition of empowering and supporting new students and contributing to their growth. Our open positions range from entry level to management.

Q3: What should I include in my Resume? How long should it be?

• Ensure that your CV is updated
• Try to restrict it to a maximum of two pages, and keep the layout simple
• Use headings like ‘Education’, ‘Career History’, Extra-curricular Activities, etc. to highlight different sections
• Don’t just make general statements about yourself – support them with evidence. For example, explain what you have done/ accomplished to illustrate the qualities you have
• Try to link your skills, strengths, and experience to the requirements of the role you’re applying for

• Personal details: Your full name, address, email address and phone number are the most important.
• Educational details: List these in reverse-chronological order, with your most recent education first and the qualifications you obtained or will obtain when you graduate. Include the name of the institutions and the dates you were enrolled and graduate/ will graduate. You may want to list the relevant modules, the projects and dissertations you have delivered, the grades you have achieved, and professional skills you have developed.
• Career history and professional experience: Whether they’re paid, voluntary or shadowing, all experiences count! Present these in reverse chronological order with dates to show how long you remained in a particular role. Mention the scope of your work, what you achieved, and the skills you developed.
• Achievements and interests: If you have been involved in extra-curricular activities, co-curricular activities or community service, it would serve you well to include this information to showcase that you have a well-rounded profile, with a balanced approach to life. Focus on recent examples, describing your involvement, timelines, achievements, impact/ contributions and learning.

Q4: How soon will I know if a hiring decision has been made? How long is the hiring process?

The hiring process is designed to last for up to a month.

Q5: Should I include a cover letter?

Having plenty of detail to support your application is useful to us. A covering letter is a good place to tell us what especially interests you about working at Two.Zero, within the team you’re applying to.

Q6: Can I apply for more than one job at the same time?

Of course! all applications are managed independently. You will be requested to submit a form for each application on their respective job listing page.

Q7: Interview prep: How can I prepare?

The individual interview will consist of personal questions, related to your CV and cover letter, as well as questions related to the positions you are applying for. We want to discover what interests you about working at Two.Zero, and especially in such positions. The idea is for the interview to last around half an hour. It will be held by a member of the HR department and the head of the department you are applying for.
